The Giving Flame is our way of giving back. Instead of adding costly, decorative packaging, we send your candle in safe, simple courier packaging - and donate what would have been the packaging cost to a charity of your choosing. It's how we keep our light spreading further.
Absolutely! While our packaging is intentionally minimal, each candle is securely wrapped for protection during delivery. We prioritise safe arrival while removing unnecessary costs - turning that saving into something more meaningful.
Yes. At checkout, you'll have the option to select from our list of partnered New Zealand charities. Every candle makes a difference.
Due to the nature of candles, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the products arrive damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence if there are any issues.
We're currently taking pre-orders for our release of The Giving Flame collection. Candle pouring starts at the end of November, with deliveries scheduled to start from the beginning of December - just in time for the festive season. Each candle is poured with care in small batches, so your order will be freshly made, cured, and read to fill your home with light.
